Polkadot aka Sam Bevan is yet another super-young, and super-talented producer to be filed next to the likes of Karma Kid, Bondax and Applebottom. Aged 18 and hailing from Wolverhampton, we're seriously excited about this youngster and it's easy to see why after you've listened to the first 30 seconds of 'Wasn't Like That' from MadTech Records.

Maru - Porta (Kahwe Remix)

A soulful house tune by one of the Transmission Collective remixed by another member of Transmission Collective. Bouncy, melodic and topped off with an infectiously catchy vocal sample.
 

Scarlett Groove - Maribou State

My fave Southern Fried bois are back with this delicious, trippy, housey tune from London duo Maribou State.

Not Giving In (Bondax Remix) - Rudimental

Northern duo Bondax slow the tempo down in this drum and bass tune from London quartet Rudimental and add some cheery and airy piano chords allowing for a more mellow take on things.

MLLNDLLR (Karma Kid Remix) - Sweater Beats

Becca and I first fell in love with this 18 year old producer from Derbyshire when we heard 'It's Always' at the beginning of last summer and has been channelling an electronic future bass sound similar to that of Disclosure and Bondax, albeit with his own unique twist. This remix of a Sweater Beats tune is so reminiscent of that old school house/garage vibe.

Losing You (Cyril Hahn Remix) - Solange

After the success of his 'Say My Name' remix, I was expecting good things from Cyril Hahn, and he does not disappoint with this eery, deep house remix of Solange's already infectious hit. More to come from this guy I hope.
